We don't want the Olympics! Chicago doesn't want the Olympics!

Obama cost the US the Olympics! What an embarassment!

Talk about talking out of both sides of your mouths, guys!

Yet, Obama tries to secure the Olympics for less than 24 hours and suddenly he's not running the country? Make up your minds. Either he's doing too much and is "destroying our country" (absurd for anyone who knows American political history) or he's not doing enough.

You can't have it both ways. I'll wait until this evening to check back so Hannity can tell you how to respond.
Its funny u say this not to get off topic but the earth is getting warmer its global warming the earth is getting cooler well thats because of global warming like u said u cant have it both ways. bam bam = fail

My, my, my I just cannot understand how the IOC was not impressed by mammy's great "sacrifice" in going there! And after all that spouting of her great "sacrifice" for us.

She needs a muzzle!

Chicago does better with political conventions anyway. Let Chicago have the democrat convention for the 2012 election. Maybe it will be like the one in 1968.

Would you mind putting that in a coherent sentence or two or three? I don't think I've seen worse grammar since the second grade.

Anyway, I guess your point is that one should never try at a long shot lest he be mocked for failing by those who spend their lives sniping at those who are actually successful?

That's the best I can deduce from your ramblings. I hope you don't teach your children such values.

The upper Midwest could have really benefited from such an event, but I guess that doesn't matter to you all. To you it's all conspiracies. According to the "discussions" on this forum, Obama fails even when he succeeds in your eyes.

Sad, really.

To those who voted for Obama - your "chosen one" just p*ssed away about $1 billion in revenue for Chicago and the rest of this nation with his arrogant, elitist rhetoric. Way to go!
Thanks! I seriously cannot wait until your "I bow to Rush or Beck or god help me...Coulter" candidate starts campaigning. It should make for good laughs.

He just got smacked down, big time. He and his ego that is.

Let the spin begin.
The olympics are a waste of time. Chicago will eventually be glad they did not get them. Besides, as chaotic as the world is becoming, i would not be surprised if there is no olympics in 2016.

Given the context, it would appear "mammy" is a thinly veiled slavery reference by an individual threatened by a powerful, educated black woman who, supposedly, needs to be muzzled like a violent dog. But, then again, pointing that obvious observation out would lead apologists to conclude that it is I, not that poster, who is playing the race card. "Can't you take a joke?" they would contend.

Remember... race has nothing to do with the irrational, vitriolic hatred of Obama and the constant references to his extremely fit wife's weight because she is built in the way black women tend to be built. Say it with me, "A powerful and intelligent black couple does not threaten middle America in any way...."

It takes daily vigilence, but eventually you too will be able to block such posts out of your mind and convince yourself that race and culture have nothing to do with the fear and hatred that is consuming such individuals....

Guess you'll have to vote Republican next time. I know you were really hoping to support Obama next time around.
