look color is not an issue here, its sad and makes people mad that so many people need this and feel entitled to it. We need to stop this cycle. We going back to Carter days here. Its gonna really be a mess. I understand there might not be a job of all of them and I get that, I get that some are mothers. I get some work and need some help too. I feel sorry for the taxpayers more. I feel sorry for the person who trys and trys.

I agree with you on that. Look, it's Detroit and that's just the demographics of the area. I'm sure if you search you can find other areas just as hard hit that are full of people of a different color.

Look beyond the color. See the problem for what it is...there are alot and I say alot of people that are having a hard time just surviving day to day in the US.

The government may have saved the "financial crisis" but there's another crisis in America and none of them want to acknowledge it.

yes we have alot of problems. Its funny I met people all the time who are just plain oblivious as to whats going on. They actually think Obama is great. These are people who are smart, middle class to upper , I just cant believe he has some of the smart people fooled. I see alot of problems ahead and you what I do worry. I cant help but worry. I have plenty of money but I worry for others. You are a really smart guy. I enjoy reading your opinions.

Well you can't blame those for trying! it's bad times today, and women and children can benefit from any extra out there, and nothing beats an effort but a try!

How much of these checks will stimulate the economy, and how much will stimulate the drug trade?
Not a wise stimulus plan, IMOH. In the words of Louis XV..."Let them eat cake".
