Well, he decided to undo a lot of Bushie Executive Orders. He decided to get S-CHIP and Ledbetter and ARRA all passed and signed. He decided to pass the FY2009 omnibus bill and submit an honest budget for FY2010. He decided how to craft and implement regulatory and reform efforts aimed at the financial and automobile industries. He decided to open doors internationally and work with instead of against the rest of the world on matters of common interest and importance, including additional support for efforts of the IMF and others. He decided at the same time to work with Congress on developing critical energy and health care reform measures. That's quite a bit of deciding to be seeing from a guy who is supposed to have trouble with this kind of thing.

Wire tapping? Detainee retention? Expansion of detainee retention? Iraq? Afghanistan? States secrets claims?
An honest budget? $4 Trillion that creates a $9 trillion deficit and doubles the debt?
So far, we haven't seen any proposals from obama on energy or HC - he's letting congress do that work.
