Believe it or not, there are some people in Congress who put their constituents first. They aren't all corporate puppets.

Mediacre anjd medicaid does the same thing on how long a procedure requires hospital stays unless justified.In fac in amny countrties with government stays its even shorter or a doctor is not involved at all
