To the contrary, I know a whole lot of others, male and female, who bring their firearms with them when they fly. The requirements are not that tough.

Heck - in Northern Cal, drive to Lake Tahoe, NV. Or, in the South, drive to Yuma or ....

Not most. There are 11 states with full open carry law. So, yes, anyone can carry in those states, even on foot.

They were pretty tough last time I checked, but who knows, maybe times have changed. In FL there was no guns at airports. Period. You'd better make sure you didn't have one in the car either when you picked someone up from the airport.
