I think I did that in my post...but yours? -not so much.
It is bad inherently. Diversity of something important, like skills or professions etc. is good. Racial diversity on the other hand only leads to conflict and failure. Professor Robert Putnam of Harvard U. has written a good book outlining the failures of multi-culturalism in America: Bowling Alone.
When you are building a skyscraper, you need diverse skills and talents: architects, HVAC guys, steel workers, electricians, etc. Now imagine how forcing racial diversity would hinder the process. Let's get some Israelis and some Muslims, let's get people who all speak different languages, let's get people who take off different holidays, let's get some Hutus and Tutsis, some North and South Koreans, the list could go on forever. Does anyone think this kind of diversity would be helpful? Of course not.
It's not a fact of society either. Society never sought it, nor voted for it. It was rammed down America's throat against its will by cultural marxists and greedy traitors looking for cheap labor.
I know it might be a little OT (but its still tied into diversity) Since you seem to think racial diversity is such a horrible thing do you have problems with inter-racial dating and marriage as well? Or just racially diverse people working and living together?
Eh? The United States has NEVER been "uniform". Everyone is an immigrant of some sort. The US culture is an amalgamation of various other cultures. If you think diversity is so bad, then, feel free to move to an all white country.

Let's see. The US used to be an english language, Christian, nationalistic country.
What is not uniform about that? One language, one culture, one nation.
It's not important. I don't care what race people are, I just don't want them committing crimes like murder or theft, and I want people who are qualified to be doing jobs. The people who praise diversity for diversity's sake merely keep racism alive by drawing unnecessary attention to race.
"Diversity" is forced on Western nations like earlier posters have said.
Countries like Japan,China,India etc could care less about it.
A country has less issues when people have a common identity,values,culture...
And not many different groups fighting for their interests,and share of power.

Every single one of the countries you mentioned above is a diverse place.
Japan is culturally Homogeneous and China is as well.
Any country with 90% + one ethnic group is not diverse.
Han Chinese make up 98% of China.
