looking up Dr. Bhatti, came across this bizarre thing - I think it's a letter to the editor (the Pakistan Christian Post is edited by Dr Bhatti:

Christians didn't give Native Indians much of a choice, as I recall. Tolerance was low on the missionary agenda. Anyone will convert to Christianity to get some food when they are starving.
