We wouldn't be having SOME of these problems but would probably have other situations, lol. Let's face it - the GOP picked the wrong candidates. Romney should have been the GOP candidate and he may have won. And if we had him in office, NO, we would not have most of these problems. He is a fiscal conservative and his administration was very progressive in re: to healthcare. Now, have they been entirely successful? There are glitches. But at least it didn't take them 1500 pp of legislation to enact some changes. This new h/c bill is FULL of pork.

CharlotteCharlotte was talking about the collapse of the dollar. Gotta give it to her/him . . . that has been a topic we are hearing about in the last few weeks.

I would love to see this region rebound quickly. Putting nearly 100,000 folks back to work, tho, is gonna take a lot more than wishful thinking, however.

I agree g.w put us in this whole mess...but then again the democrats would have prob done the same..g.w made all his oil company friends alot of money...the dollar will collapse just a matter of when....buy gold that is the only safe bet...stay away from stock market
