This guy was very vituperative with the judge when his trial that had been prolonged by his lawyers for over 3 years was completed with a jury decision of guilty. Please someone, tell me how stupid he could be and also how this judge could offer to hold back on the 4 years he could add to the 13 year sentence for his crimes.

I admire the judge's restraint. I suppose an appeal could be filed if he added the maximum time--wasting more time and money. Better safe than sorry.

I have moments when I think the death penalty should be an option for those who contribute to the destruction of human life/society.
