It has nothing to do with the Boehner's SNAFU....but it's humorous nonetheless. Anyway, the whole tea party movement is based on the Constitution. You would think one of the speakers at their protest would know what the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

Yes, that's what I found humorous about it. You would've thought that one of their leaders would have kept it straight. It was very ironic.

I would say he knows the difference but made errors speaking like Obama. You would think the president knows there isnt 57 states didnt stop him from saying it did it
