Exactly and also he was the one who wanted the lenders to lend money to people with lower incomes...we have seen what the results are...this whole bunch of Obama friends, is nothing more than a team of losers!

We really have a "nice" bunch of people in the government....tax cheats, fraud, and many who claim "I don't know nothing"!
So what? Has Barney Frank ever said people should go to jail for marijuana? Not that I know of. I don't care if he smokes it as long as he is not trying to stick other folks in jail for it. The partner never should have been arrested for it to start with.

As long as others get arrested since by law it isn't allowed, Barney Frank should have gone to jail too...

While is the average Joe in the same circumstances arrested?

This has nothing to do if marijuana should be legalized or not...

They beat warmongers like the last administration. At least these people are human beings with an actual, live and working heart.

"porch sitting" the gall of some liberals.
I was the passenger in a car that was speeding, the cops pulled the car over and the driver got a ticket. I didn't get one.........and I don't have any political influence. Go figure.

it is idiotic if you actually care about this...

so what if a politician had an affair, did drugs, did hookers...

as long as they didn't propose to throw people in jail for those things, and maybe even worked towards or talked about making them legal, than we should just leave them alone..

this is a non-issue, and very stupid attempt to make something out of nothing.

Legislators aim to snuff out penalties for pot use - CNN.com
Quote:
The U.S. should stop arresting responsible marijuana users, Rep. Barney Frank said Wednesday, announcing a proposal to end federal penalties for Americans carrying fewer than 100 grams, almost a quarter-pound, of the substance.
Marijuana has been decriminilized in Maine. Possesion of a "usable amount" (2.5 oz.) is punishable by a fine.
Maine - NORML
Quote:
Decriminalization: The state has decriminalized marijuana to some degree. Typically, decriminalization means no prison time or criminal record for first-time possession of a small amount for personal consumption. The conduct is treated like a minor traffic violation.
