No way in hell itll happen.

1. Each's supporters loath the other.

2. Bush would never be able to raise enough money for a decent library. Obama is already in the mint with enough supporters to build a massive one.

3. No one wants to tie Bush's legacy to Obama. Republicans are trying hard enough as it is (though failing miserably).
