Answer: Since the dems took control of congress is when.
They believe people are not smart enough to think for themselves.
The dems will pay heavily for this mistake.
The majority do not want this and the majority are conservative people who will can the demwits for scamming them once again.
They work for us, remember that.

If the majority did not want this, how come 50%+ Americans of voting age, voted for the current president? I'm sorry to disagree with you here, but majority of Americans have been waiting for something like this for a very long time, hence why few presidents have fought for healthcare for all.

By that logic the majority of Americans wanted all of Bush's policies and agenda fulfilled.

For the same fact people voted for Bush, are you now proclaiming people wanted the Iraq/Afghanistan wars?

That would be SCOTUS, which I'm sure will be looking at it the moment a mandated PO is signed into law by obama.

Where, oh I don't know, maybe the fact that it passed the House?

Candidate obama did not endorse a mandate that all Americans would have to buy insurance, he also did not insist on a PO, or fines and penalties for those who did not comply, he also said he would not raise taxes on those making under $250K and that it would be deficit neutral. Remember the debates with Hillary?

Mr. WishyWashy McCain had something to do with his win also.
FWIW, 0bama also promised open debates on health care to be televised over C-SPAN, instead we have closed door meetings and votes taking place on the weekend.
We want to be able to afford to purchase our own health care insurance, just like we want to be able to afford to send our children to college. We do not want to be forced to rely of the federal government to buy these things for us. All a government subsidized program does is allow the greedy S.O.B.s that have driven up the costs of health care and college tuition to reap the rewards, while we taxpayers foot the bill for their lavish lifestyles.
