Everyone has to call it "alleged" until they know for sure. They open themselves up to a law suit. You mean the other channels are calling it a "sex tape"? Huge mistake if they are.
Lets just call it a pornography. Most porn videos have "alone time" scenes.

She already did soft porn with her topless photos.

Let's just call a spade a spade. No more BS!

Right, a video of someone masturbating is not a sex tape!

As Hannity said, "this is not a sex tape" (love how he puts words into the guest's mouth) because it's not like what we hear about other sex tapes (according to him). And it was sent to a boyfriend she loved, so since she loved him, it's obviously not sex!

Ok, I'm treading on thread hijacking, so I'll stop.

Um, it's a sex tape. No one but poor egg-on-their-face Faux is saying "alleged".
She said TMZ can call it a 'sex tape' if it wants. But she was alone on the video, and no one else was in the room.

So everyone (except TMZ, Prejean's mother and the ex-boyfriend, who presumably provided the tape of his once-beloved) is left to imagine what songs Prejean chose to sing on her karaoke machine that night.

LA Times
She's such a born rightwinger, no wonder they love her -- weasel and equivocate to the death over what's the most obvious thing in the world.

P.S. The LAT astutely notes, "Carrie Prejean, some might remember, is the California beauty queen who gained instant ignominy in some circles by agreeing with President Obama's ridiculous notion that marriage is a union between one man and one woman. This was said to make Prejean outrageously conservative although Obama, who is a male and said the same thing throughout the endless presidential campaign, was ranked as the most liberal member of the U.S. Senate a year ago now. That must be what passes for progress nowadays."

Default FOX caught lying again - spliced footage from 2 different rallies

Did Fox News alter footage of a conservative rally? - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ynews/20091111/ts_ynews/ynews_ts977 - broken link)

Hannity caught using footage of the Sept 12 rally to make attendance at last week's Michelle Bachmann rally look larger than it was. How embarrassing for FOX, Hannity, and Bachmann! Imagine being caught in a lie by a comedian!

I find it terribly hard to believe that anyone still takes them seriously as a source of actual news. I can see them watching it for entertainment....if they are inclined in the rightward direction. But surely they can't still believe anything that the talking heads on there say...can they?

As for those of you who are so sure of yourselves, why don't you get on the VA board and ask those in the area and DC about this. Of course some of you may have been banned from there as well.

it is really obvious. Why don't you watch the video, if you are so sure of yourself.

Saw that on Jon Stewart. How could they think they could pull this and NOT get caught. They know anti-foxers are waiting for them to slip up again.
