Oh, no, not that myth again!
That was a case back in late 1996 about a LOCAL Fox station... not the cable Fox News Channel.
Let's (finally) put this myth to rest!

Jail time is not the way to go! If we don't want to spend money paying for people who don't carry health insurance, then why in the world would we want to spend money on jailing these people? It doesn't make sense!
