it looks like the IMF, which our congress just gave a whole bunch of money to, is going to withhold money from the ukraine since they increased their payments to poor people and pensioners. that is quite ironic, isn't it?
I checked some credible news outlets and could find nothing about martial law in the Ukraine. Can anyone verify this from a sane source?
