I haven't heard Neal in some time but I didn't know he would be against trying those people the way Obama promised they would be tried.
I think that Holder must have convinced Obama that the change would be good because Emanuel and Axelrod think it can be used to their advantage. I guess I will have to read Boortz more now.
That was years ago. It appears Obama was discussing specific Senate legislation. You're going to have to provide more than a one minute clip before I can determine what was being debated. Did the bill pass? Is the bill now law?

He didn't change his mind. He simply revisited the subject after Rahm told him that there was no recorded evidence of him having ever been a supporter of military tribunals for KSM, therefore his current position would be politically popular with his base and all would be well in ObamaWorld.
And then the recorded evidence came out.
