No, not exactly, because regardless of what FOX and Glenn Beck says, the recommendation did not come from the admin.

This country leads the world in breast cancer detection, treatment and survival rates. At least, it did until now.

Couple that with the fact that medical research drops off significantly in Socialist societies and it makes little sense to believe that significant leaps and gains for the diagnosing of breat cancer will be allowed to be implemented under a nation forced under the thumb of Obamacare.
I don't think the problem is that the recommendation doesn't encourage other forms of diagnostic testing, I think the problem you have is that the panel is saying that this diagnostic test may save a few lives, but that it also puts a few lives at risk needlessly.

As for your remark about socialist societies, I think Sweden and England and Switzerland and many others would challenge your assertion that "medical research drops off significantly." It's simply not a "fact".

Default Better get on first name basis with Kathleen Sebelius

...you might need special connections to survive the health care bill when she becomes YOUR personal Director of Health Care.

Here's the fly in the ointment, or the devil in the detail, as they say.

HHS would become federal giant under Senate plan | Washington Examiner (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/HHS-would-become-federal-giant-under-Senate-plan-8586777-73718162.html - broken link)

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius would be awarded unprecedented new powers under the proposal, including the authority to decide what medical care should be covered by insurers as well as the terms and conditions of coverage and who should receive it.

"Hi, Kathy? I wonder if you'd help me out here...I have a problem with the government denying me care..." You'll be all set, right? Ushered right into the inner sanctum, as the uninvited guests were at the State Dinner.

Good luck.

Nobody is forcing you to opt out of an annual cancer pre-screening, they are simply a study group who is recommending that it isn't as necessary as often as once thought. It's no surprise that Fox news took this little bit and twisted it into another scare tactic for others to lie about. You guys should really get a grip, and quit lying so much. It's truly shameful.
Sir/ma'am, consider who you're trying to rationalize with? Exercising intelligent reason with people of this grade level is quite useless.
