Put them on the stand and if thy mis speak a fact you get then for perjury. A blind man sees the hate the Dem's have for Bush. Holder wants then on a stand and he knows he cant charge them directly .

President Obama has had many opportunities to do what you are suggesting. He has fought against every one.

When you are again attached to reality, perhaps you can provide a single fact to back up your insane conspiracy theory. Until then, people are right to ignore you.

Reasonable minds can disagree about Attorney General Eric Holder's decision to prosecute Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other alleged Sept. 11 perpetrators in a Manhattan federal court.

True, but...

After Obama and Holder this week guaranteed a conviction and execution, all are scratching their heads and asking WTF were they thinking?

I know this is going to be an epiphany for some but in the constitution it says "we the people". It does not say "we the people of the world" or "we the post-American people" or "we the trans-nationalist people of America".

He has fought to maintain his public image. You don't know what he's supporting or saying behind the scenes.

You still reading the Constitution? You know that our legislators, the President and the Administration don't pay any attention to much of it any more. In fact, Obama himself said that it is inadequate. He's going to "improve" upon it.

Like everything else this president does, he is being dishonest with his motives.

Politically he can't take them head-on. Every trial ballon that's been floated suggesting such an action is dead in the polls, except to the Soros side of the Democratic party.

And what if the next administration decides to prosecute Obama criminally for his destruction of the American economy? Going after your predecessor is a slippery precedent to set.

But Obama is a weasel, and a smart one. He can't take Bush/Cheney head-on, so he sends out his minions to do it instead. There is no doubt what this trial is all about. Put as many CIA agents on the stand as possible, essentially putting the CIA on trial. And wait till defense lawyers try to subpoena Bush and Cheney.

But, I know that's what a lot of you folks really want, don't you? You could care less about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed or the World Trade Center. You folks want to get Bush and Cheney.

Substitute conservative for wingnut in the last sentence and throw out the rest. You may be on to something.

Maybe you'd feel differently if you were living in NYC picking up the $75 million price tag only to find out that even if they are deemed not guilty, the Attorney General plans to hold them. So what are you coughing up the $75 million for if the outcome is the same? I'll tell you what you're coughing up the $75 million for - a dog and pony show against the CIA and the Bush administration for political reasons.

Maybe you'd feel differently if you lived in NYC and were rightfully fearful about being attacked again.

Maybe you'd feel differently (as a liberal) if a "not guilty" plea was returned by the jury but the attorney general decides to hold them anyway as he has promised. Will you praise the American Justice System then? How will that be viewed by "the world?" The Muslim world?

Maybe you'd feel differently if you were a member of one of the victims' families and during jury selection, the terrorists get to have a jury of their peers. Who is a peer of these guys, anyway? First, all the Jews are bounced from the jury pool, followed by any fireman or policeman who would be rejected by the Defense Attorney. Military or family member of US Military - nope. Then, if you knew someone who was killed - you're out. Maybe if you lived in a neighborhood where the fire station lost a few men, you're out, too. I'm thinking if you voted for Bush or Giuliani, you're out, then what do they do? Comb the Terrorist Watch List, the ACLU employment roles, Sean Penn's household and the CAIR donor lists looking for potential jurors? What lying sack of a potential juror is going to tell the Defense and Prosecution, "Nah, I haven't really read or heard anything about this case or followed it too closely. I think I can be fair."
