Hide the real data, you mean. So now we have empirical evidence the GW "scientists" are actually hiding and changing data to bolster their propaganda.

Breaking News Story: CRU has apparently been hacked – hundreds of files released « Watts Up With That?

The details on this are still sketchy, we’ll probably never know what went on. But it appears that University of East Anglia Climate Research Unit has been hacked and many many files have been released by the hacker or person unknown.
Excerpt from email;

Once Tim’s got a diagram here we’ll send that either later today or first thing tomorrow. I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd [sic] from1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline.
Well, well, well. Some of us have suspected tampering all along.

For instance, here we have scientists discussing how to delete inconvenient data in order to emphasize other data that supports their conclusions:

So, if we could reduce the ocean blip by, say, 0.15 degC, then this would be significant for the global mean – but we’d still have to explain the land blip.

It would be good to remove at least part of the 1940s blip, but we are still left with “why the blip”.
Can't wait to hear the explanation for the above email.

Another; Is that HOCKEY STICK Mann?

The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate.***

HAHAHAHA... Let's hear all the misdirections and excuses about this now. How much do you want to bet that the answer you'll get is that this email never existed and is a hoax.

Of course he did. These are despicable people who call themselves "scientists". They should be stripped of their academic status and thrown into the dungeon, they are fakes. The world loves them though, show's the credibility of most of the world now doesn't it?

And to think that Al Gore and our Congress fell for it. And now they're pushing this weird science on us via carbon taxes.

It's becoming harder and harder to believe that there is a thimble-full of intellect anywhere in the Land of Liberals.

I still have more trust in them than I do in a group of marginal wingnut hacks on an internet forum. You all have the credibility of conspiracy theorists like creationists, holocaust deniers, and moon hoaxers.
