there should be no surprise here. this is just more mr. globalist in action.

there is no surprise that obama pushed through millions of american dollars for the IMF, which is using the money to punish the ukraine for giving assistance to the poor. how does the IMF get all that gold to sell, anyhow?

there is no surprise that obama appointed geithner and that geither made millions on the bailout:
The Geithner-Goldman connection by Robert Scheer

We are so inured to tales of business corruption that even a devastating expose in The Wall Street Journal no longer shocks us. The fact that the chairman of the New York Federal Reserve Bank made millions off his secret purchase of Goldman Sachs stock, "in violation of Federal Reserve policy," as the WSJ put it, at a time when the N.Y. Fed was ostensibly overseeing the antics of the Wall Street firm, has barely registered a blip of outrage.

In addition to that capital injection, which at least carries some expectation of being repaid, Goldman received an additional $8.1 billion that will not have to be returned to taxpayers. This is a result of the bailout engineered by then-N.Y. Fed president Geithner of AIG, which listed Goldman as its top insured credit-swap customer. (robert scheer)

it is no surprise that goldman got bailed out on the taxpayers' dime, yet the largest minority small business lender in the country was left to go into bankruptcy, costing taxpayers millions as the deal was structured. (while goldman profited, by the way)

it is no surprise that obama is still talking about the cap and trade tax, even after global warming has been discredited and bogus information has recently been exposed.

it is no surprise that americans are looking at a health insurance tax for everyone, where you will be fined or jailed if you do not buy a "mandatory" insurance product. that certainly is good timing for some of the struggling insurance titans and bad timing for working americans.

it is no surprise that obama has shown absolutely no interest in a federal reserve audit and has done nothing to help bipartisan efforts to have the federal reserve audited.

it is no surprise that obama, the bogus peace prize recipient, has plans on escalating war action, with a TAX for americans to pay for it.

EVERYTHING THIS GUY HAS DONE SINCE BEING ELECTED HAS HURT WORKING AMERICANS.

While I understand the sentiment, lets be fair, Obama is not the governor of NY, not the mayor of NYC, and I dont think has one thing at all to do with this..

Where are all the Halliburton haters now?

Obama is handing out money to foreigners at the expense of the American tax payer.

Mr. Globalization Obama is setting up America for a total downfall.

If you cannot see what he is doing to us then you really need to find something to do.

Our fake stimulus at work folks.

Unless China is shipping over the crews to work on these projects, I don't give a rat's petunia whether it is a Chinese or an American CEO who gets the bonus.

Amazing how the lawyers in D.C. don't posses the competency to word legislation in a manner protecting our interests over that of a foreign entity.

i think when your country's well being is hanging by a thread, you should start caring about these deals. i realize that all of this should have been addressed years ago, but here we are today and what is being done to protect US interests? after all, he is the president of the united states and no other country.

it seems that our leaders have not learned the lesson of "globalization" and still insist on punishing the working class. what is the point of a depreciating dollar when you still import more than you export???? that leaves no advantage to working or retired americans.

Tuesday's GDP data showed imports into the United States were revised higher, showing more domestic demand was sated by overseas production. Imports jumped at 20.8 percent annual rate, the biggest gain since the second quarter of 1985, instead of 16.4 percent. (reuters)

how on earth is importing more going to end OUR recession? how is that going to bring jobs back to america???
