I say good for her. She has always led a very private life, and I feel bad for her that she was about to be outed by a tabloid, and so felt the need to reveal all. BUT, she is a Mrs. Keaton, and people loved her character, so if that results in more acceptance and tolerance, then great.
Are you surprised? I'm not she came always across like a woman who was not into man that much...Even as a child watching the show I noticed that, so I wasn't shocked or surprised at all, and I can't understand why she had to come on tv and make this statement...Who cares, does she need publicity?
I don't really care one way or the other, but I am still confused why people find it necessary to announce their sexual preferance.
