Hopefully you can comprehend this because I'm tired of going around in circles with you. I stated that my bonus was a result of divine intervention but I did NOT state that if you believe in God, He will hand out bonuses like candy. That isn't how Christianity works. I guess talking about how my Father takes care of me is somehow construed as greed. It's sad that cynical folks can warp it that way. I guess it is greed for a child to discuss what his/her parents provide for them right? If my focus was on money, I would not be in the helping profession that I currently work in which is flaky depending upon the economy. My ONLY reason for bringing it up is to show that God divinely provides for me in unexpected ways. I'm happy to hear that your employer provides you bonuses and I know that is a common practice in many industries but not MY industry, which is why the bonus was a miracle. My colleagues agree on this as well.
Now ... Do you think you can refrain from warping my post to suit your biases? I have been nothing but respectful towards you and would like the same courtesy. You may not understand or agree with my relationship with God and that's perfectly fine. It is your right to believe how you wish. All I ask is for some common courtesy in not distorting my posts or responding to me with sarcasm. I usually get along with many liberals who are atheists on this forum so I don't see why you and I cannot post respectfully towards each other. Thank you.

That remark was aimed at that particular poster whom I know to be a liberal atheist. I realize that not all atheists are liberals as there are plenty of conservatives who identify as atheists on CD. There are also many Christians who call themselves liberal on here as well.
