This is a good order. Getting pregnant in a war zone is dereliction of duty, and there needs to be consequences attached.

Great point.

I am sure if she was raped and got pregnant, she won't be punished but the fellow "solder" will be.

Would this be pro-life or pro-choice?

I knew y'all would come in here and try to redirect blame and attack men, like usual.

If it makes y'all feel any better, the order punishes servicemen who impregnate servicewomen equally as it punishes pregnant servicewomen.

Despite the fact that they aren't going to be unfit for duty and have to be shipped back. So there's gender equality for y'all.

Bye bye to ignore. I have no patience for people who stereotype a group of hundreds of thousands of people... all of which were tasked with the job of protecting your rights. [Mod edited for language]

Good. It's about time. Women wanted to serve in the military, they got their wish. Intentionally getting pregnant in order to be sent home from a war zone is cowardly. I support this rule wholeheartedly.

There is a lot of rape in the military.
I see 4-10 ads against rape on AFN daily.
If it's on AFN, it's a big problem because people are trying to cover their butts.
