It isn't too much to ask for Byrd to step off for that great klavern in the sky before the Senate vote that may force this nation to accept government-rationed health care. Even a nice coma would do.

This confederate yankee is probably one of our very own Bush supporters on CD.

That's very sad. But I have to give it to Sen. Byrd...he 92 and still a senator....if I was him...I would have been retired. He should enjoy some of the years he have left...but some people have that strong work ethic.

I don't want him to die anymore than the Dems want him to retire. They would have to find another senile rubber stamp to replace him.

I'm a democrat and I feel there should be an upper age limit that someone can serve as a senator or congressman---say 85 tops. What's wrong with Byrd's district that they keep electing him? But to pray for someone's death so they can't vote is just plain repugnant. Reminds me of the Evangelical church that was praying for rain over Denver when Obama was scheduled to have a huge event there in an outdoor venue. So "Christian" of them. NOT!

According to the libs it's Byrd's duty to die. He's old.

Well I may not like the KKKer but I don't wish him dead. I wouldn't mind if he coudn't make it to the Senate to vote though.

Why would anyone wish him dead when he'll be dead soon enough.

Its the democrats who are afraid Byrd may die on them, so they are rushing forward with a health care bill that will not even provide health care for four years.

Is it really a surprise? Remember how these anti-American JERKS acted when Kennedy died? Just like school in the summertime...no class.
