This afternoon it has been reported that the Democrats have made certain provisions of the so-called "health care" bill, impossible to repeal!
This is unconstitutional, but they don't care. They have included language that basically says that any future attempts by Congress to repeal said legislation shall not be allowed.
Never in the history of the United States has so arrogant a bunch been in power.
This is clearly unconstitutional, and violates all current rules of Congress.

It is clearly time for bold action. We cannot sit by and watch our Representative form of government be dismantled.
Hammer these people with phone calls, letters, and whatever it takes. The Obama train wreck simply must be stopped.
You are absolutely right. But uh... ahem... where was all this righteous indignation when the Bush administration ripped The Constitution to shreds with The Homeland Security and Patriot Acts?

To some extent, it always has been. Whiskey Rebellion, the Civil War, whatever law it was that gave the President power to send troops into a war zone without Congressional approval...
Calling, writing and complaining does absolutely no good. The only thing that might make a difference is to fumigate the Capitol when those crooks are "in house". Nuke 'em or mow 'em down, that's it. They do not represent us, get it?? We are there to serve them through our monetary base. This has always been in my opinion an "economic dictatorship".
Voting is the appropriate way to work through the system.

It is our duty--when the government is not acting in the best interests of the people, as a collective--to overthrow it, through violent and bloody means, if necessary. It's in either the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence.
