Very weak all around, not only with national but international issues. Iran, North Korea, Chavez, and even Castro make fun of him (and the US, or course). In relation to national issues, he hasn't done anything meaningful, except for overspend Bush in all fronts, and for buttering us for the new taxes that are to come.
It takes a great deal of strengh to be so open to working with ones political enemies, especially in the rabid partisan condition that our lawmakers now inhabit. It takes a great deal of strength to dissapoint ones supporters by supporting compromise solutions. He has done both, in spades!
Lest see: a great majority in Congress is Democrat, and the president also is a Democrat. With these conditions, it does not matter if there are some Republicans in Congress opposing Obama. Think about it

Castro wasn't making fun of Obama...he was warning the U.S. about our leader because of the back room stuff that took place over in Coppenhaggen and warning Obama that he was ready to have his army defend it's nation if the U.S. tryed to play the world's police over there in Cuba
