The Republicans are still treating the American people like they are complete idiots. Everyone knows that Bush was president during 9/11. Their pathetic attempt to change the facts should be an insult to every American. This latest great lie of the right is a shallow attempt to revive the politics of fear that carried the GOP to victory in 2002 and 2004.

Its time for Americans to learn the truth.

Okay, here ya go: His very last press conference.

If you can stand to watch all 45 minutes of it (I forced myself to) you will hear not one act of contrition or acknowledgment of failure, which is extremely telling.

No, W is not responsible for 911. He is responsible for the Iraq war, though.
Obama is not responsible for the Fort Hood murderer. He will be responsible for how he eventually handles it i.e. 'whistleblower' type rules implemented within the military etc...

To blame a president for an attack that happens on his watch is stupid -- no president can control the actions of others especially those hell bent on destruction and mayhem. But presidents are in control for how the nation ultimately handles such incidences and plans on attempting to stop more of them.

Seems to me that too many people think that the office of the presidency confers some kind of super powers..

1-Who was president when the terrorist entered this country
2-Who was president when they trained to fly

Hate to tell you but both Clinton and Bush are to blame for 9-11

Bush AGAIN?

What's with you people? Nearly 300 dead in Detroit, Napolitano is incompetent and all you can do is try and change the subject by bring up Bush. Pathetic.

It is a fact that the inaction and lack of consequences for the terrorists who attacked the US throughout the 90's (on Bubba's watch) led directly to the attacks on 9/11.

Let's also not forget that Bubba turned down UBL on no less than 3 occasions.

It is clear the op's numerous Bush threads are nothing more than a deflection from obama and his numerous failures.

Sadly....I see the truth in your post.

HELL with the banks, the Fed and the IRS too.

Don't know about JFK's "warning" but I'll admit....we haven't had a DECENT POTUS in decades and I can't stand that we are always saddled with losers and idiots from BOTH parties!
