One of the things however that men will have to be told to do is lay off the Viagra because an erect penis may trigger a false positive on the scan and then you will have to go through a strip search to make sure it is just your sexual organ and not a bag bomb in your underwear.
So the makers of these drugs will have to say "if you get an erection lasting more than 4 hours, call your doctor and if you get an erection in the airport, call your lawyer"

Something is drastically wrong with the security system as it now stands.

All the known problems have been with those who have middle east names...not smith or jones.

Also a RED flag is when a person from one country flys to another and then to another with NO luggage.

The person has a one way ticket and pays CASH.

Have not seen any disposable clothes being sold in vending machines lately.

At one time I had a one way ticket from LAX to Mexico City and was looked at strangely but I explained that I was driving a vehicle back to the US thus the one way fare. I did have luggage with me.

All the problems have originated from Europe to US air flights. Same with crossing the border (from BC Canada) that was stopped with explosives in the car trunk. He was a foreign national (middle east) and was stupid thinking he could just drive into the US with NO questions or checks.

Local citizens are not terrorists and should not be forced to endure all the checks that are done today.

If it looks like a **** and talks like a **** has a **** name then chances are it is a ****.

I voted yes, even thought I would like to vote no. But if it came down to it, I would much rather travel somewhere, than stay at home and whine. Besides, if a TSA worker wants to check me out, meh its pretty flattering. BTW I have to pee in front of some dude a few times a month, if I can handle that I guess a full body scan can't be too bad.

Lets see... having my body "examined" by people who get paid to look at virtual naked bodies... hmm... someone want to pay me to go to strip clubs and examine the workers there for terrorism? Yeah, there is a little thing at the top of the head called a brain... unfortunately the government doesn't understand how it works so they make it harder for you... that's a solution? Okay... I guess anything to make sure the brain remains nonfunctional...

I've been through them and didn't think twice about it. I think it needs to be all or none though. They do take a few seconds longer.

Understand what you're saying, and agree on the probability of recruitment of blondies from Bosnia, but profiling is not just based upon physical appearance. There are many other factors involved in profiling and it can be extremely effective. Everyone from a certain country or who has recently visited a certain country should be profiled. Every passenger can be questioned and observed. If you have ever flown on El Al, you would know what I'm talking about! The Israelis do an excellent job of profiling and they make it work.

I have a problem with it because it is further violation of the innocent majority in order to serve the guilty minority. PROFILE THE GUILTY. That is what works. That is what's fair.

Don't you know that Muslims are laughing their @sses off?? That every time our country makes a stupid decision about security, they are boasting, "this takeover won't take long!"

I don't think it's necessary. I don't think most of this "security" crap is necessary.

A machine that does a full body scan? Things could be a lot worse.

Can't be any worse then having a young pretty female MD giving me a Prostate exam.

Her best words were "I'll be gentle with you".

Of course I could not see the smile on her face as my back was turned towards her.

No...it is not a joke...happened at the VA hospital two months ago.
