Again, if you READ (which you clearly do not) you would know this is not true. Unlike Bush and his color coded fear alerts, Obama allowed the correct agencies to deal with this as it unfolded. We were not under attack, nor were any lives lost.

Much adieu over nothing, brought to you by the same people who were outraged because he was on TV too much last week.

Is anybody really surprised? I know I'm not. Bookmark this thread, because next month they'll be complaining that "Obama is on TV too much" again.
Nice deflection.

Why didn't you address my response as to why this President made sure the press was all over his Beer Summit, but couldn't find it within his means to issue a statement to the country over a terrorist attack?

Are you going to respond with any intellect or are you going to continue to deflect how this Administration has botched this response?

But, the nation had just suffered the attacks of 9/11. Taken on the whole, Obama should have issued a statement immediately since this is his first real experience with terrorism as President.

Do you agree or not?
You make excuses for Bush. Was Bush experiencing post traumatic stress syndrome from 9/11? If you are upset about Obama, you have to be furious about Bush taking Six days!

There is quite a bit of difference between obama prancing around from town hall to interview to town hall selling his radical agenda while glorying in his own image and a president addressing the nation after a close call in a terrorist act that almost cost over 300 lives.

Your best bet would be to apologize, withdrawn, and hope and pray you can salvage some dignity and self respect out of your blatant disregard for the victims and survivers of 9/11.

Shame on you.
Shame doesn't work. Sorry. Especially after two separate 15-month tours in the Big Sand Box. I've earned the right to disagree with this Administration's response.

You, on the other hand, trying to talk down without addressing the issue at hand is not surprising.

I'm guessing not.

The shame is that this president is so out of his league and wrong-headed about the threat of terrorism that it took him 3 days to comment on the tragedy that almost happened.

The poster has nothing to be ashamed of.
Sorry to burst your little black and white world bubble, but yes I did lambast liberals for it as well.

And shame on your for buying into politisizing that event as well.

It's quite obvious you have no shame.

And nothing gives you some inherent right to politisize the deaths of thousands.

Absolutely disgusting.

message to Al Qaeda that elevated this attempt into a victory for them.
This was a victory for them. They easily got past our security and almost caused a tragedy. Just dumb luck (faulty detonator) that prevented over 300 deaths.

The shoe bomber attack was Dec. 22nd! That was over 3 months later! Your excuse for Bush waiting SIX DAYS to even mention it, is pathetic!

I said the story has merit. It bothers me.

But George W. Bush was handling the largest single attack on American soil in history. To say that he was pre-occupied with 9/11 would be a gross underestimation.

Barack Obama, on the other hand, couldn't put his golf club down long enough to address the nation with statement.

I find this very amateurish. You don't?
