What kinda documentation on the net do you really think you are going to get? I have givin you link after link that has people saying Yes I have been called a racist and yet that isnt good enough for you.

You have not provided the evidence they and several others here want to see. It is a simple question and request and if it was so common as seems to be implied then it should no effort to provide a few for the readers to see. No one has said what the people said was untrue, but you and I both know people say things all the time that are not really true or are half truths, something written, like something from this discussion board would be acceptable. I can assure you the word racist has been used here and not cut by the mods.

I read things on here like "liberals are like this" and "why do blacks..." or "Europeans are socialists" or "Obama voters are gullible". I read these things a lot on here. Do you have a problem with this as well? Oh wait...you are one of these people that like to generalize as well.

I see this allegation made all the time - that anybody who criticizes Obama is immediately labeled a racist. Does anybody have any examples of that actually happening here, or on some other forums? A serious, non sarcastic place where a conservative posted an opinion opposed to Obama's policies, and was immediately and reflexively labeled a racist?
I admit that I might not be seeing it, but I see conservatives claim this all the time, but I don't actually see it happen. I'm entirely willing to be shown wrong here though.

Yes, it happens very frequently on forums. This one is moderated so it's done somewhat discreetly at times, other times, not so discreetly. I suppose the worst posts are deleted. Look at some of the unmoderated forums. Learn how to use Google advanced search and pick a site to search within. Why beg people to spoon feed you?
I have been called a racist on forums since 2008 if I criticized Obama policy, and I don't even identify as a Conservative. The screen name I chose for this site is satirical in nature, and was chosen because it is so common for criticism to be met with charges of racism. My spouse, who happens to be black, thinks my screen name is hilarious.
More often than not, the immediate response is to attack the messenger rather than the message. The automatic assumption is that anyone criticizing Obama must be a racist.

You know something; I was also interested in seeing written evidence that this is a common occurrence and then we could actually discuss the sort of slander that I keep hearing is taking place. The problem is that when a few people ask to see written evidence there doesn't seem to be any being presented. As I said, if it were so common then it would be very easy to produce, that is just logic. I can only conclude that; while I am sure it does happen occasionally it does not happen nearly as much as some seem to be claiming. I see you are giving up, oh well.

I never said you had, I was trying to tell you that Moderates and Libs are called those and more all the time, often without having done anything but disagree on an issue.

Ok, whatever, I can assume we will not see any written evidence, some of the rest I know about and it was wrong to do and some of it was brought on by association as with the Tea Party. Go ahead drag that cross, and if I ever see anyone call you or anyone else from the right, left or in-between a racist based on nothing I will be sure to step up to the plate and call em out on it.

I think that even if he was full white, there would be hatred toward him. Just not as much as it is now.
Not as much is a small, I'd say big time pure hatred, its a shame, I don't remember this happening with any other president, most people in this country are not stupid and those slaming him are not helping, millions of people are not on the internet forums or groups, we'll just have to see what the people vote next election, my bet is on Obama.
