Miranda was originally aimed at citizens of the US. Can you point out when this guy was made a US citizen? Terrorists would never get mirandized without the fools that are controlling our government these days. What would it be like to be a soldier in Afghanistan and having to pull out your Miranda card to read to a terrorist who wanted to surrender. I don't think that Holder or Obama have ever been in the military.

A terrorist is a terrorist and you have only mentioned one that was a citizen of the US. He is dead now isn't he?
