Well you have to admit that China takes the War on Drugs much more seriously than we do here in the US.
I think that the federal goverment should allow the 9th Amendment to be used as it was supposed to be, and decriminalized and let all the users out of prison and fill it back up with murderers and rapists.
curiously i didnt see anyone saying he didnt do the crime... they simply were providing excuses. Well if he didn't I have an issue if he did I guess theyy took care for the problem. I bet the y don't have many smugglers over there. hmmm rare in China, #1 part time job in US...
id say legalize them or take this sort of action. that is taking it serious. But then again it takes us 10 years to execute those found guilty.
He committed a CRIME in China and China is not liberal like Europe and the USA are when it comes to crime. The UK really has no right to gripe. Just like Mexico has no say so when we execute Mexicans who kill people here.

10 years??? Try a minimum of 20 in most states and some have been in there for 30. I am not suggesting that we hang them the day of trial but when guilt is 100% certain, I don't see any reason for excessive delay.
If indeed he was mentally ill, it didn't seem to interfere with his ability to commit a crime which if successful, would have been highly profitable. Might lead one to ask just how sick-in-the-head he was...
