Fox spent weeks promoting apparent tea party scam | Media Matters for America

This is what Maddow has been saying all along! Insert Tim Philips (Americans for Prosperity): No Rachel, WE ARE BOTTOM UP GRASS ROOTS!

LMAO!
Is there a reason I should care that Fox spent weeks promoting the tea parties?

I read the story, twice now. I cant figure out what part of the story is supposed to be "news"...

We all knew that Fox reported heavily on the Tea Party Express..
We all knew that the Tea Party Express was a political action
We all knew that the it was funded by a PAC, (only way to make such a venture legally)
We all knew that it was a GOP political operative campaign..

What part of the story is supposed to be news, or was this just another way of changing todays news topic away from Obama?

The money collected could then be put directly into our Education System.
It seems you are one of those individuals that would need to return to that education system you want to fund..

Cable news services like FOX indeed have taxes on them...

Not as amusing as watching liberals whine and cry over a bus driving across the country. I mean seriously.. A bus, driving across the country bothers you guys this much?

That is not true, the movement was started in 2008 before Obama became POTUS and was a libertarian conservative movement. That was promoted by Paul supporters and like minded people. There was a couple of tea parties before them talking head imbeciles Beck and Hannity jumped on board.
In other words the movement was hi jacked by the neo con big spending {R}s.The first couple of tea parties were loaded with Paul supporters but now you will hardly see any.Why would they want to dirty themselves and protest with a bunch of {R|s?
The {R}s give lip service about obeying the constitution but in reality they just cherry pick what fits their ideology and have ignored what the forefathers have said. When it comes to the federal reserve and Keynesian economics their is not a dimes difference between the 2 pathetic parties.
That is what the original intent was of the tea parties to point to the similarities of both parties that are driving our country in the ground.

The tea parties were started in 2008 but we are discussing the bus trip, which was well known a GOP/PAC funded trip..

Irrelevant, but many people care because these organizations portend they are grass roots (i.e. ground up from the everyday Americans), when they are anything but. In fact, I would surmise the overwhelming majority of fleeced fox viewers think the 'Tea Party Express', and others like it were genuine grass roots campaigns from fed up, overwrought Americans, not a bunch of bamboozled sheep molded by political think tanks.

Nothing new, Hannity used to push "Lord Stanford"s scam. If they are dumb enough to believe FOX """News""" they have to be marks
