Oh, my gosh, a kid shows off some guns. Everybody climb under the bed. Let's take away his knife and fork, he may hurt someone. Protect the children at ANY cost.

Many kids are much more proficient that a lot of the whinners on this site.

Get real. Kids have been handling guns since the beginning of this country.

The kid demonstrated that he knew the basics for each weapon. As some have said I disagree with many of his weapons of choice.
For all we know this was a video made with his father holding the camera.
At his age I could have given the same kind of run down on every firearm in our house. No BIG DEAL.
Both of my nephews were taught to shoot at age 8. Both received a rifle for christmas from me on their 8th year of life. They come up to my house in the country and we target shoot or hunt wood chucks together. Either of them ages 12 and 9 can give a summary of what guns I own and their basic operation including what game they are best suited for. How is this a bad thing? By the way My guns are kept in a safe.
Once again the person holding the camera might very well have been the boys father who may also store said guns in a safe.

He sure is. If he has been taught well I would rather have a kid who has been taught then some left wing nut carrying around a gun with the intentions of using it to steal something.

My 11 year old is very well trained in gun safety and is extremely good at using any gun you put in her hands.

She can hit targets that would amaze most adults.

Again, it all comes down to the training and respect they are taught.

Then again some houses have guns and nuts together and the kids are taught that guns are used for getting things they do not have.

Big difference.

There in not one gun we own that my 11 year old does not know how to use properly. And we have a nice arsenal ourselves.

Where kids get into trouble , is being uneducated in the dangers of firearms. Many accidental deaths could be prevented with just basic education of firearms. Too many parents buy a handgun and stick it under their pillows or nightstand drawer without educating their kids on the dangers. FYI: I do have a cwp and 2 hand guns. When I was with the wife and kids, I did not own a weapon, but was proficient in the use due to friends owning them and went target shooting when possible. IMO: Because this kid in the video is educated, he is far less likely to have an accident than a child that is not educated or completely clueless.

It is a good video.

It shows a kid who not only is knowledgeable about the firearms, but also shows the proper respect and safety in the presentation of them.

Meson is not even from America but pretends to know soooo much about things here.

What Meson does not understand is that what we have to worry about is those kids who probably do not have a father at home, steal someones guns and demand something from someone else that they were told they are owed.

I know who the real crime committing people are, just look in our prisons.

Nomander, I think Meson and Joe****su must be one in the same person.
