because the " actual birth certificate " is only the vital records kept on file by the by the hawaiian DoH. so far there has been no evidence that those records contain anything more than was supplied on the COLB.
I don't feel the need to post evidence for you. The COLB can be issued in Hawaii based on a mother's affadavit only. It is not the same as an actual birth certificate. Do your own research.

Correct me if I'm wrong but how would that change anything IF is mother had given an affidavit of birth? That is legal now and was legal back when he was born which makes him a legal citizen. Are you going to go back and sue the state of Hawaii for something done almost 50 years ago? You're also forgetting that IF he was born overseas she wouldn't have been able to bring him back without a passport which would have required a birth certificate for the baby from the U.S. embassy. Your theory doesn't hold water no matter how you look at it.
