In other words, whoever has done so has lied at will to get what they want. Exactly my point.

Lots of religions require that the child grows up to their late teens, when they can truly understand their commitment, before taking vows in the church. Obama was back in the States long before he would have been old enough to do that.

I know plenty of non-Catholics, by the way, who have put their kids in Catholic schools just because they thought they were safer than neighborhood public schools.

Jefferson: "Civil government being the sole object of forming societies, its administration must be conducted by common consent."

He states children who are "imbibled( absorbed into their minds ) (Indonesian school-Islam-Indonesian government teaching) in their early youth ....they bring unbounded licentiousness...they will infuse into us their spirit, they will warp and bias its directions (government) and render it a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.(government)

"every species of government has its specific principles. Ours perhaps are more peculiar than those of any other in the universe". The Founders did not want foreign influence in the government.

If Obama and his supporters continue on this path to dismantle the government the Founders made...there may be a Civil War. Again the Founders wanted no foreign influence.

Congress needs to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Obama's birth location..was he in his youth and now a Muslim..is he a natural born citizen..does he bring foreign influences to our government. Is Obama a legal president?

No, not "in other words." The step-father may have hoped Obama would grow up in the Muslim school and convert to the faith when he was of an age to do so. The fact that his mother pulled him out of that school in 1967 and sent him to live with his grandparents suggests she didn't want her 6 year old son to continue in that school.

You can be sure that his mother didn't fill out those school papers because women in the Muslim world would not have that kind of freedom. Men run the world, after all, and do all the important stuff like that.

Living aboard as a child for four years out of 49 (1963 through 1971) hardly constitutes being a foreign influencing our government. If you want to talk about dismantling the constitution you need to go to one of the AZ threads discussing the new law there. In the meantime, there is no creditable proof that Obama was born overseas.

You also got your facts wrong or just choose to go with the right wing chain emails, on the issue of traveling to Pakistan.
The US has never banned Americans from traveling to Pakistan or vice versa. The US issued a travel warning but that is issued to a host of countries and it is NOT the same as prohibiting an American from traveling to said countries.
Too bad that you choose to address my failings, errors or oversights, rather than provide an answer to a reasonable question.
I don't care about 'birthers' or 'eligibility' that's why I started a thread - to avoid getting mixed up with so many 'extermists'. I shouldn't have included irrelevancies in my post.
I'll try again, "If, in fact, Obama travelled to Pakistan in 1981, are his travel documents (Passport/Visa) a matter of public record?"
SOMEONE on C-D must know the answer ot suggest where to look.
Thanks for your help . . . .

Is Obama absolved from all protections from Kenya and/or GB based on his fathers citizenship? Is he absolved from all protections from Indonesia?

Is he set free from any obligations to a foreign country?

This was 4 Sept 1787.

Why were the words or a citizen removed and natural born citizen kept if they have the same meaning?

No person except a citizen of the United States.......very simple and to the point..why not use the word citizen and omit natural born. Because they have different meanings. A citizen can have a foreign parent... a natural born cannot.

No person except a natural born citizen of the Unites States... Effective 7 Sept 1787
DC, this is getting very tiresome. Several presidents have been dual citizens. That has been documented on this thread. Some birthers will argue that some (not all) of their parents became US citizens before their birth, either on their own or because of archaic laws treating women like property of their husbands, e.g. husband became citizen so wife automatically became citizen. So what? The other country, if it has similar laws to the US, still considers the children dual citizens. Other birthers will argue it doesn't even matter if their parents became citizens, the children are still not NBCs. These birthers are obviously not aware of the several presidents who were 'dual citizens'.

See above.

I completely agree. As such, why would Obama then claim he has never been a Muslim?

Maybe he was unaware his step-father said he was a Muslim. After all, he was only 6 when he was registered for this school.

So the details listed on the Indonesian school registration are true?
Who knows? I'd say they were true on the day they were written. BTW, a parent cannot renounce a child's citizenship. His step-father could have said he was Indonesian, but that does not negate his US citizenship by birth.
