Look at the lower, right hand corner where the 'native citizen' definition is in your post #2360 (link below) and you can clearly see a shadow around where a paper containing that 'native citizen' definition was placed on top of the book's page before copying. It's also very clear that that paper with the 'native citizen' definition is a different paper quality---whiter and brighter than the book's page paper.

No, the Constitution is a document that guides in how we construct our laws for our nation. Which is why its called a living document; its meant to be changed over time to meet the needs of whenever, whatever the social needs of the land are. Our laws are based on the Constitution.
