In your opinion. If other things are off, it can make the arguement hold more weight. Like our court system.

The questions are... Was Obama included on his mother's passport, as was done back in the 1960s, when they travelled to Indonesia? Or did he get a passport of his own? When he eventually did get one of his own, what kind of a birth certificate did he use to get it? Was it an attended birth certificate, with the hospital and doctor's signature listed? Or was it the kind where "any person having knowledge of the birth" could say whatever they want and have that entered into the birth record?
How do you know he could travel on his mother's passport? Why don't you show some documentation of that, before firing off a bunch of questions?

This birther BS is such a farce, why can't right wingnuts/birthers look
within themselves and see the underlying racism involved here? The
fact is that if President Obama was a white man and had a western
European name there would never been any of this birther conspiracy
theory nonsense.

Given the federal report posted earlier in this thread, perhaps it doesn't. Even more reason why Obama should release his full birth record, with the hospital and doctor's signature listed for verification purposes.

Why won't he?

This thread has established that even the federal government is skeptical of the veracity of birth certificates:
"Birth Certificates Alone do not Provide Conclusive or Reliable Proof of Identity"

That's good enough for me. I remain undecided until Obama provides more detailed documentation than a birth certificate that may have been obtained using whatever information "any person having knowledge of the birth" chose to provide.

All of that is irrelevant in regards to what is required by the COTUS Mr. Document expert.

I normally don't like citing wikipedia, but as the practice of issuing and the use of family passports has ended, it's difficult to find current references.
Quote:
At one time it was common for a parent's passport to include the names and photos of his or her children. These "family passports" allowed children to travel together with their parents without the need to issue individual passports to each child. Family passports were not valid for children to travel by themselves or with someone other than a parent. The United States and the United Kingdom once issued family passports, but no longer do so
Passport - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Another brief citation:
"Family passports are no longer issued."
