actually the bill isn't specifically directed at obama but....... it's not a big leap to make that assumption.
"Within 10 days after submitting its list of names of candidates, the state executive committee shall submit to the Secretary of State for each candidate an affidavit by the candidate stating the candidate’s citizenship and age and shall append to the affidavit documents that prove the candidate is a natural born citizen, prove the candidate’s age, and prove that the candidate meets the residency requirements for President of the United States as prescribed in Article II, Section ! of the United States Constitution."
couple things:
A): "prove the candidate is a natural born citizen". how do you prove something that we have seen is not clearly defined ?
B): the SCOTUS has consistently ruled that there are only two classes of US citizenship : citizen at birth or naturalized. NBC would fall under citizen at birth. therefor congress would have to accept the hawaiian COLB ( as per the constitution ) as proof of that or congress would have to make an amendment to the constitution defining NBC differently before the next election.
C): residency requirements. the 14 years. are those the last 14 consecutive years ? ike would have been ineligible in that case. do they have to be consecutive at all ? we don't know.
Is the state of Georgia going to challenge a birth certificate issued and validated by the state of Hawaii? That would be a stupid waste of tax pay money if they did for both states.
there is no proof of lolo adopting obama and even if he had....... it would not of effected his US citizenship by law.
as for the dual-citizen aspect of his birth. doesn't matter. the SCOTUS has consistently ruled there only two classes of citizens: citizen at birth or naturalized.

it would also be unconstitutional for those who wish to defend the constitution.
wow if you buy this stuff you sure are easily duped. tell me why if all this was true no one with all the power and money of people who did not want obama president couldn't prove it before the election? there was plenty of time and plenty of money to prove it is it was true.
The Kenya minister stated it is common knowledge throughout Kenya, Obama Jr. was born there.

Obama's Kenyan grandmother says he was born Hawaii - not in Kenya.
