B is true. A is not true. It applies even when there is no valid marriage as long as he was the father and was not a U. S. citizen.

But, you bring up an interesting point. What if a woman were to claim she didn't know who the father was let alone his citizenship status. That would get interesting...

confirmation from the state of hawaii = no good.

a myspace page = absolute proof.

got it.

And one of my friends in her 30's made hers say she was well over 100 years old. My daughter's minor friends often set theirs up to say they're 18 or 19.

It's really not rocket science.

Sorry, using a Myspace page as evidence of anything is just...desperate.

Sorry, but since B is true (born in Hawaii), then A is irrelevant.

Born on US soil to an American mother = Natural Born Citizen.

His mother may have only been 18, but it truly does not matter.

Since his birth was confirmed by Hawaiian officials, this whole matter can be put to rest. Right?

What's curious is how he had to race to Hawaii to visit his dying grandmother. How convenient for him. Kill two birds...or just one? Hmmmm....

there is a pattern:

"two different hospitals"
as far as i can tell the "2 hospital theory" came from a misquote from an interview with obama's younger sister. obama never said it. if i'm wrong please let me know. till then....

answer: NO

"two different birth dates"
COLB vs myspace page. i think i'm safe in calling this one...

answer: NO

"two different countries"
every kenyan BC displayed to date has been shown to be a fraud so....

answer: NO

"two different religions"
as much as i'd like to go into this one........

answer: unconstitutional !

so the pattern is: no,no,no and unconstitutional.

You can't be serious! You've never had a dying relative that you wanted to see when they were on their death bed? His grandmother was his surrogate mother for many years and they were very close. Her illness was well known and her death expected before he even stepped off the plane.
