Or it could be that the birthers are paranoid nit pickers who can't accept the fact that Obama's marriage details (or lack thereof) have nothing what so ever to do with his eligibility to be president. But maybe we could have his parents' graves dug up to do a DNA test just to make sure he wasn't hatched in an oyster shell. In the meantime, it's not required in the constitution that the president's parents be married or that their marriage certificate be available to curiosity seekers if they were.

Legal precedent is set by the Supreme Court.

And yet again, as has already been posted in this thread, Ohio Rep. John Bingham, principal author of the 14th Amendment, in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking in the House on March 9, 1866:

I can read fine. In the opinion of John Bingham, President Obama is a natural born citizen. About 300 million people in this country already understand that.

Please list them here and where you obtained such data.

Here is a hint, Al Gore was one of them ...

Also, in Bama's case it is his personal lawyers and his own cash.

It is illegal to use campaign money for such things.
Show us documentation where he has spent a dime defending these
nuisance law suits. Btw he is defended by the Department of
Justice since Jan. 20, 2009, your tax dollars are paying for his defense.

Federalist Papers have nothing to do with the Supreme Court.

No. Obama's father was a British citizen, and therefore owed allegiance to a foreign sovereignty. As such, Obama is not a natural born citizen.
