how will knowing which hospital obama was born in put to rest the issue for those that believe you need both parents to be citizens ? or those that believe obama has indonesian citizenship ?
Kenyan hospital or American hospital. His mom was too young for Bama to be natural born citizen if he in fact was born outside the US.

So go ahead name one other president after JQ Adams that had a foriegn born parent that was not a naturalized citizen.

i think you missed the point of my question. some people will still claim that he is ineligible due to the fact that his father is kenyan or the belief that he aquired indonessian citizenship no matter where he was born.

By definition and by law, the COLB that Obama released two years ago is a birth certificate. Furthermore, according to the United States Department of State it is absolute legal proof of Obama's citizenship status. I am not just speaking generally here. In their response to the case of Strunk vs. the United States Department of State, the DoS explicitly affirmed that Obama's COLB is genuine and that it constitutes proof of his citizenship. It settles a handful of other Birther theories as well, such as whether Obama had ever been adopted or ever been a citizen of Indonesia.

Prima facie evidence is that evidence which is sufficient to establish a fact or sustain a judgment unless it is rebutted or contradictory evidence is produced. The prima facie evidence rule does not shut out evidence; instead it declares that a particular conduct shall be enough as evidence until and unless the opposing party produces contradictory evidence.
1. But more to the point, if this is what happened, tough. You still need to present evidence that the information on the birth certificate is not true. And we all know that, still, after two years of rabid frothing and searching, you have none.
So... even a long form certificate that said his birth was unattended is of exactly no help to you. It would still be considered legal proof that he was born in Hawaii.

If you are hiding something investigators and procecuters will use that as circumstantial evidence. Maybe not enough on its own for a conviction but enough for an investigation. That is all we want here.
