That would be funny if it wasn't so true.

Maybe he is hoping to stir the conscience of those in congress. Law suits make a situation worse many times. Our court systems are in a bigger mess than congress. What do you have against free speech? When words are used sometimes they can cause much needed change and if the United States needs anything, it is change, but not the Obama kind.

I could not vote in your poll. No choices you gave fit the answer I would give. Who are you to be telling someone else what they should do. You don't even know how to put together a fair and equal poll. Our courts are too busy right now with suits that should not have be drawn. Voting is what we need to do and maybe the Republicans need to vote many times the next time around. LOL Not really, nobody should vote more than the law allows.

Are you a lawyer? Didn't think so.

One doesn't simply "file a lawsuit" aganist the government for a law they believe is "unconstitutional". It's more complicated than that.

Another ridiculous (and poorly created) poll. It is meaningless.

Not enough choices, for one. And since the "pollster" has no knowledge of law, the premise (that Glenn Beck is either a coward, or is bluffing) is the sole basis, and it is flawed.

Beck knows the Constitution better than you do, apparently. You obviously do not know it at all. Better get yourself a copy and start reading. You might find that Beck is right.

And you only scratched the surface. If it were me I would have posted what you said, and more. But I likely would have gotten an infraction, because this OP is one of the most ignorant on C-D, in my opinion.

Are you for real? Were you born yesterday? Do you not know how our system works?

Have you ever had a class in government?

For someone to file a suit, the first thing you need is "standing". Look it up.

the answer is quite simple and it's the system works for him so why should he care about what is "Unconstitutional"

You expect too much from Beck fans.
Apparently, many don't even know what the question is, so how do you expect to get an answer?
A point to consider; if the Beck fans were aware of the world around them, they wouldn't watch Beck.
The only think Beck fans understand is: Obama commie, no good; liberals commies, no good. But don't ask them for specifics...deer eyes in the headlights.

So back to the OP, why doesn't Beck start the action? He could be the conservatives' greatest hero in decades. What is Beck afraid of? Losing? Looking like an loser idiot that preaches to losers?

Apparently Beck Fans, are not only certified document experts (specializing in long form birth certificates) they are also legal scholars. Of course you can bring a suit against the government for something deemed "Unconstitutional", the ACLU does it all the time (just like the motion they filed for Rush Limbaugh, calling it "Unconstitutional"). All that is required is that you were affected by the law in question. Beck claims all sorts of laws have been broken, and that tyranny abounds in this once great country of ours yet doesn't do a damn thing about it but cry on TV.

I think you're right though, it's all about the simple talking points: Obama, Socialist, commie, The Fed, Liberals etc.
