The things I said were referring to the americans that do not care about the rest of the world and many confirmed that. Never did I say all Americans are stupid and never ever have I written posts like the OP with name-calling and such.
Also, contrary to you, I usually don`t speak about other posters in my posts.

Corporations survive only if they provide a good product that people want. If the government limits where and how corporations work then the people are forced to buy only what the government allows them.

You need look no further than our Deceleration of Independence to see why government should not be in the power grab it's going for now.

So yes, I agree with you a little bit. We are moving towards losing our freedoms because some people would rather give them up for a little security. They would yield those freedoms to some bureaucrats in a far off distant place because, apparently, they think those bureaucrats care about them. Those bureaucrats only care about one thing, power.

The individualist in me says get government out of healthcare entirely and let us create systems that truly meet our needs as individuals rather than the one-size-fits-all government solution. The statist in you says people can't solve such a huge problem without government intervention. The individualist in me says "Si se puede. Yes we can."

Can you show me the specific "US bashing"? Also, I have not been participating in this thread until my name was mentioned.
Project your anger about this thread on the person that started it and not on me.
You know its tiring when people accuse another poster with "you said this and that" but never ever proof it with links like you.
If what I wrote was "bashing" then 99% of all CD Users are doing the same.
