Could you point out where in the article it states that Hugo Chavez is Obama's hero? Has Obama ever stated that Hugo Chavez is his "hero"?

Im not starting a flame..just pointing out the failures of socialism that Obama believes in...BTW..what is with you people... that somehow Obama is some sort of a messiah... that he can't be criticized or poked fun at...the last time I looked..we lived a free country...you know freedom of speech...or has that changed.

What is it with you people that Obama is some sort of satan, that he is first of all wrong, and then and only occasionally then do you make even a token effort to learn a small degree of the facts? You're free to sell all those wolf tickets you care to, just don't try and pass them off as somehow being reality based

Are there problems with socialism, sure. Is Obama more socialist than say, Sarah Palin, sure. Is Hugo Chavez Obama's hero, hardly.
No one is stopping your free speech, no one has censored your text and no one has said you can't make fun or be critical of Obama, it happens on nearly every thread in this forum. However this isn't the courthouse steps and you agreed to follow certain rules in order to be a member here, one of those is that we start threads in a descriptive manner that isn't intended to start a flame war.
"Chavez orders currency devaluation by 50%" is a perfectly fine but when you title the thread as you did the obvious responses aren't going to be talking about the devaluation of Venezuelan currency but yet another one of the 234958274027469287460298729048724 Obama is the anti-Christ threads. I have some experience in this area and have seen it more times than most folks here have posted.
Please save the low rent canard of my thinking Obama is the Messiah, as I didn't vote for him and I'm critical of many of his policies and have so posted here. This inane and irrational assumption that my pointing out a thread which has every intention of yet another simplistic flame post means I think Obama is the Messiah is mind numbingly illogical.
