Here, an interesting read/link of who's who in the union busting business --

American Rights at Work - Anti-Union Network

Center for Union Facts—notorious industry lobbyist and PR flak Richard Berman is now attacking unions through his latest front group, in the same way he's fought against drunk driving laws, health regulations, consumer protections, and minimum wage increases for years.

National Right to Work Foundation and Committee—is the country's oldest organization dedicated solely to destroying unions

U.S. Chamber of Commerce—the nation's most powerful business lobbying organization, has been campaigning against unions, fair labor practices, and legal protections for America's workers for nearly a century.

Public Service Research Foundation and Council—these small, established groups supply their more prominent anti-union colleagues with research, polling, and propaganda to fight against the right of teachers and other public employees to have unions.

For-Profit Unionbusters—these professional consultants or lawyers profit off their ability to manipulate labor law, advising employers on how to thwart union organizing drives or how to get rid of workers' unions.

What's fair is fair. Unions employ lawyers and the like to attack employers, and actively lobby to get into as many places as possible employers are doing the same.

DUH

Employers fight the unions to the detriment of average AMERICAN workers. They want wages as low as possible even if not livable, do not want to put worker safety first, do not want to treat workers as human, don't care about Americans or the American economy...traitors every one..

YES, UNIONS attack and fight employers to get good wages and conditions for average AMERICAN workers....and repubs are AGAINST that!

Anti-Union= Anti-American

And why do I get the impression that you are and EMPLOYEE (and not a business owner) who freely gives your moral support to help those who work against your own best interests by opposing unions?

Yes. All employers are greedy pigs who keep wages low and provide sweatshop-style working conditions.

Unions are great! Just ask the US auto manufacturers.

Total lack of common sense.

Businesses WANT productive employees. A HAPPY worker is much more productive than an unhappy.

It is the businesses best interest to keep trainned people. You do not want your business to be a revolving door, having experienced people leaving all the time because they are not happy and then having to hire ane train new employees.

It sounds like you a hair up your but against all business.

Bascially unions have passed their time and we have seen the corruption involved and that is when most abandoned them.

That or he is simply someone who's never held anything above an entry-level position in his career.

NOT TRUE! I have known people who were treated quite terribly at work but they had such a great work ethic and strong moral character(unlike employers and anti-union people) that they were always productive.

Only really stupid people spell "butt" with one T

Employers don't give a rat's patoot if the employees are happy or not.

Employers want people to be as productive as possible with as little monetary output as possible . That's very short-sighted...people who are too poor to buy anything do NOT stimulate the economy.

Right now employers can treat people any way that they want because they know the employees are terrified of losing their jobs especially in this economy. So they treat them as poorly as possible. That does NOT help the economy...(well it helps the economy of the wealthy who you worship as your true god.)

Sounds like you have a hair up your butt against the average American....that's very anti-American...shame on you!
