It is a great example of a heavily democratic/union state. We should all hope to be so lucky- unemployed and living in a slum. Isn't that the liberal road to happiness? Think of what a liberal, pro-union state government could do for the rest of us!

Every Mayor of Chicago has been a Democrat for the past 70 years. Using this guys logic Chicago should resemble Detroit. Chicago has a thriving downtown and is nowhere near where Detroit is. So much for that theory.
