Not saying you should try the IRS in court. Just showing its possible.

My legal saga lasted over two years and drained me on many different levels. I couldn't imagine having to deal with the IRS....yikes!

You may win but in the end endup paying literailly for that win.There is a reason so many of the most famous people on wall street plead to switser's charges and he on;y went to court once and loss. But the winner paid dearly for winning.
