Ironically, Kanye has made racially charged statements and\or actions at the Katrina fundraiser (Bush doesn't like black people) AND the VMA's where he didn't like the white girl beating Beyonce.

Totally misleading. Kanye West is most certainly allowed to help Haiti... just not at George Clooney's telethon.
He (Kanye West) has proven himself to be unreliable in front of a camera. I agree with Clooney that his previous actions are reason enough to ask him not to attend.
